RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At CHALK, we stand behind the quality of our aftershave colognes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@chalkbodycare.com with your order number and reason for the return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different scent, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
BUNDLE ORDERS
Returns on bundle orders (Complete Collection Bundle) require all items to be returned together in their original condition.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been opened or used
- - Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
