SHIPPING POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping with CHALK. We want to get your aftershave cologne to you as quickly and safely as possible.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We currently ship within the United States.

 

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. CHALK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mylesmendeszoon795@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
